Shipping Policy

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Address Accuracy

All buyers must double-check their full shipping address, including any Apartment, Unit, or Level number, before checkout. Once an order has been completed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the buyer will be responsible for any postage fees incurred — including both the original delivery fee and the Return-to-Sender fee charged at our contracted courier rates.

2. Order Dispatch

All orders (unless otherwise stated) are dispatched within 0–1 business day after full payment has been received.

Same-day dispatch applies to payments cleared on or before 8:00 AM (AEST/AEDT) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once parcels are collected by the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.

Flora Livings Outlet Store reserves the right to select the most suitable courier for each transaction based on service availability and destination.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are not available after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays (VIC).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier’s network, and seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand. International shipping to other regions is not available at this stage.

Some couriers, including Australia Post, do not accept parcels containing standalone batteries for Express or International services.
