Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Selected health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit-card company, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank, since posting delays sometimes occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact support@floralivings.com.au and send your product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once it’s received.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your item, please mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
